STORY TELLING : Look out Rocket !
It ́s playtime. Rocket is playing with Monkey. Monkey swings round and round and round. (Es la hora de jugar . Rockets está jugando con Monkey. Monkey se balancea.)
Look out , Rocket ¡ calls Star. (Estate atento a Rocket, dice Star)
But it ́s too late. (Pero es demasiado tarde)
Oh no Monkey ́s tail hits the robot. (Oh no , la cola de Monkey ha golpeado el robot)
It falls off the shelf and crashes down . (Se ha caído de la estantería y se ha estrellado)
Crash , crash! Bang bang ! Crash , crash! Bang bang !
Beep! Beoop! Beeooooooop! It says
Oh dear , the robot ́s broken . (Oh querida , el robot está roto)
Oh no ¡I ́m sorry! says Rocke. (Oh no , lo siento dijo Rocket)
Don ́t worry , we can help you , says Star. (No te preocupes , nosotros podemos ayudarte)
The head and the body are OK !says Twig. (La cabeza y el cuerpo están bien! dice Twig)
Twig puts on the robot ́s legs. (Twig le pone las piernas al robot.)
Click , ckick !Click , click
Melody puts on the robot ́s hands. (Melody pone las manos al robot.)
Click click !click click
Hmm, says Rocket. The robot looks funny ! (Hmm dice Rocket , el robot parece divertido.)
Hee hee! Laughs Twig. I know . The robot ́s hands and feet are mixed up.Hee hee rie Twig. (Las manos del robot y los pies están mezclados.) I can fix it , says Star. Look ! (Yo puedo arreglarlo , dice Star. Mira) !
Click , Click , Click , Click!
Thank you , says Rocket. But does it work ? (Gracias , dice Rocket. ¿Pero funciona ?)
Let ́s see, says Twig (Vamos a ver, dice Twig)
Rocket presses the red button on the robot. (Rocket presiona el botón rojo encima del robot)
Beep! Beep !Beep ! says the robot. Beep beep beep dice el robot
Hurray ¡ It Works, say the children. (Hurray , funciona! dicen los niños)
Beep! Beep !Beep !Beep beep beep
Antes de contar la historia les podemos recordar a los niños las partes del cuerpo que saldrán en el cuento.

SNOW STORM IN A JAR
When the weather is too vcold to make it outside for play , enjoy simple

household supllies, and the can even learn a bit about simple sicence in the
process too. Find everything you need belowto get started. SNOW STORM
IN A JAR SCIENCE EXPERMIENT! WINTER SCINECEEXPERMIENT The
best part of this winter science expermient is that you don ́t need any
actual snow to enjoy it! That means everyone can try it.
You will need :
OIL
WHITE WASHABLE SCHOOL PAINT
ALKA SELTZER TABLETS
CUP, JAR OR BOTTLE
STEP 1 :
Add 1 cup of wáter to the base or large jar
STEP 2 :
Mix in 1 tsp pf Paint
STEP 3 :
Then pour oil in al omst to the top of the container
STEP 4 :
Break Alka Seltzer Tablet into pieces and drop one at a time into the oil.
You may want to add additional pieces for a blizzard !
